We hear there is still a great selection of merchandise at the Derek Lam sample sale. You can head this way to read about what we found when the sale opened. As predicted, there was a huge price cut. Right now, everything at the sale is an extra 40% off!

There is hardly a time when you don’t need to stock up on inexpensive basics. Now would be especially opportune considering that the Gap is hosting a friends and family sale where all merchandise is discounted 40% off. The promotion runs through Sunday. Use the code WOW at checkout. Black Friday is usually a few hours of 50% off but shopping now is much more civilized.

Sephora Friends & Family
Sephora’s “VIB shoppers” (read: big spenders) can save 20% off at Sephora from Friday through Monday using the code ROUGE20 at checkout. Who can’t use a new BeautyBlender? Just for kicks try one of those ridiculously priced Christian Louboutin lipsticks or something more reasonable in a matte. Makeup Forever for sensitive eyes is really the best way to remove mascara. If you’re not a Sephora VIB just go into the store and ask a sales person for “assistance.” Otherwise you can wait until next week when the discount becomes available to more shoppers.
