It’s time to unplug the computer and put the Turkey aside. Prada, Miu Miu, Tom Ford and Roger Vivier are all hosting great private sales. All of the boutiques open their discounts to the public after Thanksgiving, but why wait when you have the inside scoop? Details are below. Don’t forget to tent the bird.
Prada
Clothing and select shoes are discounted 50% off. Seasonal style bags and accessories are discounted 40%. For winter, Prada’s bag collection consisted of bowling bags in a variety of materials. One bag looks like a winter puffer jacket, another is a tweed and others jacquard check prints. Prada’s ready-to-wear consists of some of the brand’s greatest hits and is a true crowd pleaser.

Miu Miu
The Miu Miu discounts are the same as Prada. Clothing and shoes are 50% off and bags are 40% off. This season’s collection was playful with a capital “P.” Polka-dotted neckerchiefs, jackets with a double sailor collar and stripy stockings remind us of a true fashion personality.

Tom Ford
We love Tom Ford and we love his sales. Seasonal merchandise is a straight 50% off. Some of our favorite pieces are the heels with heavy gold zippers and Tom’s moto jacket, of course. The sale officially goes public December 2 but presale shoppers can take their merchandise home immediately.

Roger Vivier
Select shoes and bags are discounted 30% to 40% off. Unlike most other private sales, this one can be a bit difficult. The company requires that you have purchased an item at full price, at the boutique, before allowing you to participate in the markdown. Sometimes you can find an extra friendly sales person but we wouldn’t suggest calling the boutique for an order if you are not a regular customer.
