Online shoppers get clicking! Net-a-Porter’s summer sale started today. The luxury website’s first designer markdown ranges from 30% to 80% off. The sale includes practically the entire spring-summer season worth of clothing, shoes, bags, accessories and lingerie.
We suggest that you begin loading your shopping cart, merchandise tends to flies off the NAP’s virtual shelves. The best deal is currently in the denim section. A variety of Paige jeans are discounted 80% including these skinny high rise’s that are $42 from $210. Most of the other clothing is reduced 50% off. We especially like this Kenzo stretch knit dress that’s $343 from $685. That eyelet Thakoon Addiction dress with illusion we’ve been eyeing all season is now $245 from $490 (and in the cart). This Roland Mouret chantilly lace dress is classic style perfection and is reduced to $1770 from $3535. A playful Moschino shift dress is summer perfection at $250 from $500.
Shoes are reduced up to 50%. These Mother of Pearl slip-on sneakers are pretty cute and are reduced $192 from $385. Truthfully, though, we would be just as happy with $40 Vans. Gianvito Rossi python mules are $735 from $1050 and Marni slides (Birks) are $511 from $730. (Note to self: Shoes this season are surprisingly ugly!)
The discount on most handbags is just 30% and a majority of the most desirable styles like Alexander Wang’s Rocco and Pierre Hardy color blocked bags are already sold out. Among the sale jewelry is this Shourouk Swarovski crystal necklace for 50% off or $290 from $580. This dainty Eugenia Kim crystal headband is $67 from $112 and this Alexander McQueen silk scarf is $255 from $425.
While shopping you will notice that the season’s most iconic pieces sell out quickly. Don’t feel bad if you don’t catch exactly what you’ve been eyeing. You’ll just be sure to be faster when Barneys puts their sale online later this week.
