    Mytheresa 3rd Markdown 70% Off

Mytheresa is getting ahead of the post-Christmas rush with a third round of markdowns, pushing discounts up to 70% off. In a clear signal of how little Mytheresa likes returns, some sale items are now marked final sale. It’s a notable shift, and one I’m not sure will sit comfortably with American shoppers who are used to flexibility. Be on the lookout for extra markdowns from  Toteme, Isabel Marant, Gianvito Rossi, Dolce & Gabbana and The Row.

The Row tote $2384 from $3990

Isabel Marant high suede boots $945 from $1890

Savette Symmetry crossbody bag $1505 from $2550

Balenciaga Hourglass bag $1707 from $2950

Khaite pumps with crystals  $640 from $1280

    Dolce & Gabbana dress $978 from $2445

Toteme bucket bag $870 from $1450

The Row green cords $525 from $1050

    Nordstrom: Pre-Christmas Markdowns

It’s not the 75% off moment we were holding out for, but Nordstrom quietly refreshed the sale with some genuinely good additions. The private sale now includes new pieces like Bottega Jodie bags, plus Gucci shoes at 50% off and Prada shoes marked down 60%. The broader designer sale brings in Khaite, Balmain, and Givenchy. At this point, the deeper cuts may be a December 26 story, but there are still worthwhile finds if you’re shopping selectively.

love how when temperatures drop, prices seem to follow suit, and NET-A-PORTER’s second round of markdowns is a perfect example. I’m seeing standout pieces from Manolo Blahnik, Burberry, and Gabriela Hearst, the kind of investment names you wait for before pulling the trigger. This is the moment to grab the classics and the quiet statement pieces that will carry you through winter and still feel relevant next season, without paying full price for the privilege.

    Nordstrom: Extra Markdowns 60%+ Off

Nordstrom just added extra markdowns, with discounts now topping 60% off, and this round is quietly very good. There are additional reductions in the private sale, with lots of Prada sitting around 55% off and select Bottega Veneta marked down even further. The public sale is equally as good with lots of Zimmermann items and  extra savings on Manolo Blahnik.  It’s one of those moments where prices suddenly feel far more realistic, especially on pieces that rarely linger this long. I’ve linked the key sections and pulled the best finds. If you don’t see your size, I suggest you continue to check back. Extra sizes and new merchandise continuously pop up.

Gifts for the Woman Who Shops (a Lot)

They say it’s better to give than to receive, but why pretend you can’t enjoy both? A gift done well lets someone stop for a moment, feel seen, and settle into the warmth of being cared for.

A quick holiday PSA: Whatever he gives you, don’t return it. If you send back enough gifts, he’ll eventually give up altogether. Keep it, even if the size is off or the style isn’t you. And if it’s truly unredeemable, return it quietly. Just never let him know. Your kids deserve the same grace. Let them feel the thrill of giving, even if you wear that neon sweater exactly once before it disappears forever.

With that, here’s the gift guide to getting it right. Perfection is impossible, but thoughtfulness isn’t. And for extra insurance, always shop where returns are painless and save the receipt. For shopping, download Haute Pursuit and track down everything you want on sale.

    Saks: New Markdowns 60% Off

Saks Fifth Avenue just rolled out fresh markdowns with discounts up to 60% off, and the newest additions make this round worth a serious look. Loewe and Toteme have officially joined the sale, and there are deeper cuts on Alaia, Dolce Gabbana, Chloe, and more. It’s one of those quiet updates that suddenly opens the door to pieces you’ve been watching for months. If you’re shopping for holiday events, travel, or just filling the gaps in your wardrobe, this is the moment to take a pass through the racks.

Gift Guide: What to Get Your Teenage Socialite

New York private school girls operate in their own atmosphere. They juggle academics that feel one step shy of an MIT problem set and carry themselves with the cool certainty of someone who already has a corner office waiting. On any random Tuesday, you’ll spot them posted up at Nobu57 or Cipriani, ordering martinis with the ease of people twice their age.
Shopping for them is its own Olympic sport. Armed with a Butterfield account and plans to hit Knicks courtside, the bar is high. They want luxury, but they also want the curveball—the thing no one else has but everyone will notice.
What follows is a tightly edited lineup of gifts that meet that mark. From brunch slippers to the IT Miu Miu bag, consider this the cheat sheet for impressing the girl who runs Brearley hallways, dominates a Trinity lunch table, or floats between Cornell and Columbia with equal authority.
