    Manolo Blahnik Final Markdown

We have made it through two markdowns at the Manolo Blahnik boutique the final price cut is finally here. Starting today, Manolo will begin their final markdown of the season. This three-day sale is the perfect opportunity to stock up on classic and ornate shoes from the spring and summer collection at up to 75% off.

As usual, we are told that the savings are “not to be believed!” Styles are from the exclusive boutique collection and include some alligator. Prices are always marked by sticker dots, which usually range from $195 for a red dot up to $350 for a green dot. Most shoes and low boots– even highly ornate styles– are priced at $250.

The store might be crowded but at least there isn’t usually a long line to get in. The sale will only run through Wednesday. Styles and sizes tend to run low quickly. If you’re looking for a great deal we suggest you switch out of your heels and take a run over to the boutique asap.

For a full rundown of past final markdowns, you can check out past stories here and here. Feel free to share news of all your finds in the comment section below.

    Net-a-Porter Clearance Extra 20% Off

The Net-a-Porter clearance sale is winding down and many items have been reduced to 80% off and the site is offering an additional 20% to close out the season. The final days of the sale are usually a shopping frenzy and the best items disappear rather quickly.

While a majority of the clearance merchandise is 70% off there are lots of great items that are discounted 80%. A few of our favorite items are a printed taffeta skirt from Co $200 from $995 and a Stella McCartney romper is just $80 from $400. We really couldn’t resist these Vetements booties for $290 from $1450. (These highest discounts don’t qualify for the extra 20% off.)

If you’re shopping for an upcoming vacation you can really score. Check out this lace bodysuit from Ganni that’s $80 from $145. A bright red swimsuit with a deep v-neck is also $80 from $205 and a Vix floral-print beach dress is just $90 from $230.

We sincerely suggest you hop on the site as soon as humanly possible. Even while creating this post, items were disappearing. Don’t forget, we just mentioned merchandise at 80% off. There’s a huge amount of product that is discounted 70%. Happy shopping!

Huge Markdowns On Shopbop 70% Off

It’s not a friends and family sale, there are no additional promotions but Shopbop has quietly reduced prices on 1000s of items. The best part is that there are lots of size options since the markdown just happened today.

Check out this very pretty cotton eyelet top that’s just $34 from $115. Wedges from Splendid are just $44 from $150. (A prime example of why we avoid sample sales for moderately priced brands.) This ‘unicorn’ slip dress is nearly irresistible at $175 from $600.

Among the more “designer” options are this Zac Pozen blouse that’s about $100 from $400, a sunny yellow knit top from Prabal Gurung is $418 from $1400 and this Rick Owens leather top is $400 from $1320.

Don’t be afraid to keep buying for Summer. It’s not even August and September is still technically Summer. There are so many great options within the 70% off section that we would advise you to not venture out. Just remember, merchandise within this discount category is final sale and can’t be returned.

Other great sale pieces include this asymmetrical skirt from Anthony Vaccarello that’s $360 from $2200, a fuschia skirt from Antonio Berardi is $160 from $1018 and Alaia ankle booties are $290 from almost $1800.

    Wearhouse Relocation Sale 80% Off

Wearhouse, Great Neck’s premier designer discount boutique, is relocating after serving the community for more than 16-years. In doing so, the local boutique will be hosting a clearance sale where all remaining merchandise is discounted up to 80% off retail.

Expect to find an amazing assortment from Valentino Red, Valentino, M Missoni, Naeem Khan, Marchesa, Piazza Sempione and more. All shoes, accessories, and handbags will be 70% off retail and clothing, including couture, will be 80% off retail. You can click here to see pictures of some of the items included in the clearance sale.

For the uninitiated, Wearhouse is a massive retail space that has provided customers with high-end discount merchandise at a fraction of retail prices. The best part is that the store has all the furnishings of a high-end boutique. We are sad to see the store close because it’s one of the few places where you can source real couture pieces for elaborate events, a demure cocktail dress, polished work attire and even some elevated casual wear for highly discounted prices.

We suggest you take inventory of your designer wardrobe and plan accordingly. This will be the last chance to shop these local discounts. Who wouldn’t rather spend $300 on real Naeem Khan than a sub-quality Zara imposter?

On a final note, we want to thank Wearhouse for its many years of servicing customers all over the world. It has been a real joy to shop and work together. We hope that you would find a wonderful new home.

    Wearhouse Closing Sale

    Sunday 10am-5pm, Mon-Thurs 9:30am-6pm

    Shop Now: FiveStory 77% Off

We love shopping at Madison Avenue’s, FiveStory because the inventory goes beyond the basics and satisfies the need of those looking for drama and haute. Think Balmain, Cushnie Et Ochs, Mary Katrantzou, and of course, Rosie Assoulin.

FiveStory is even more lovable because of its amazing markdowns and the ‘Off-Site’ sale. This season’s Off-Site, which is really on-site this year, will begin next week. Discounts will range up to 80% off.

Shrewd shoppers, however, will notice that you can shop FiveStory’s clearance sale right now and save 77%. That’s not a far cry away from the final 80% and you can avoid navigating the VIP list and sample sale crowds.

Head right this way to snag Aquazzura high heel sandals for about $200 from $750. A Grecian-esque ombre gown from La Sirenuse is $300 from $830, a Rosetta Getty watercolor dress is $375 from nearly $1400, and Off-White Princess Di tribute tee is $112 from $415. We even found Proenza slingbacks that are just $170 from $635.

We have no doubt that the deals at the ‘Off-Site’ will be a bit better than the current in-store discounts but the convenience of shopping now might be worth the premium. Take note that the current markdown has a final sale disclosure. Might be worth a trip to the store or at least a phone call to hash out any fashion questions.

    Fivestory Off-Site Sale
Tuesday, July 31 through Sunday, August 5th
Tues 10am-6:30pm, Wed to Fri 10am–6pm, Sat & Sun 12pm-6pm
    18 East 69th Street, 3rd Floor

    Jonathan Adler 50% Off

For the first time ever, Jonathan Adler will be hosting a sale in stores and online. Discounts will scale up to 50% off.

The sale will begin Friday, July 27th and run through Monday, July 30th. We were given a little sneak peek into what will be included in the markdown. The most highly reduced items are small accessories. For example, the Full Dose salt and pepper shakers will be reduced to $25 from $48 and the ‘Les Girl’ box will be $35 from $68. Among the furniture, discounts are a two-tiered side table that will be $900 from $1450 and a plush swivel chair will be $1700 from $2750.

We doubt that the Palm Springs collection will be included in the markdown but how fabulous would these urns look inside a pre-war unused fireplace? We are also a little bit in love with these beach towels, which are already reduced to $65 from $98.

All things considered, this sale seems nearly as good as the warehouse sale and it alleviates a trip to the Bronx. We call that a win-win.
