    Charlotte Tilbury Summer Sale 30% Off

    It’s no secret that we are huge Charlotte Tilbury fans. It was love at first swipe. The Magic Cream, Pillow Talk lipstick, Wonderglow, Rock-n-Kohl are just some of our favorites. Actually, we have so much of Tilbury’s gold that it’s hard to differentiate between colors.

    It doesn’t look like the confusion will end any time soon. As a matter of fact, right now is an opportune time to add (or start) your collection. Right now, you can save 30% off an assortment of Tilbury products.

    Some of the sale highlights include the Beach Essentials Kit, which comes with cream blush, mascara and eyebrow gel and it’s now $67 from $97. The Mini Lipstick Charms come with three mini-lipsticks and it’s now $27 from almost $40. The Bronzed Beauty makeup kit comes with the Overnight Bronze & Glow mask, mascara, Wonderglow primer, a lipstick, eyeshadow pencil and tinted moisturizer for $148 from $213.

    If you don’t see what you like on the Tilbury site, we suggest you browse the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. There are several bundles of popular Charlotte Tilbury products. This lipstick set comes with two shades and a lip-liner for $60 (normally $90). The Glowing Skin Set comes with Wonderglow primer, Magic Cream and Magic Night cream for $75 from a normal price of $128. Supermodel Body XL Shimmer Shape, Hydrate & Glow is $75 from $214. We haven’t tried that one yet but seems like it’s worth a shot.

    That’s the wonder of makeup. You never really know.

    Manolo Begins 2nd Markdown 60% Off

    The streets are steaming from rain and heat. What to do when you need to get out of the over air-conditioned environment? Head over to Manolo Blahnik boutique’s second markdown. The sale starts on Monday and we’ve been told that the inventory is running practically at full stock.

    This most recent markdown follows the 40% discount but proceeds the final and best shopping opportunity of the season. The final markdown is always one of our favorite sales and will likely take place at the end of the month. Prices normally range from $195 to $350. Most shoes and low boots– even highly ornate styles– are priced at $250.

    Expect to find a full assortment of shoes from the summer collection. Personally, we are waiting to make our major purchases. After all, everyone is out of the city.     Neiman Marcus Discounts Hit 80% Off

    The sale of all designer sales is here.

    Neiman Marcus is now offering discounts up to 80% when you take an extra 20% off designer clothing, shoes and bags. This promotion is available in stores and online.

    The shoe sale has the most interesting assotment. Checking out the selection, there are a lot of shoes we’ve been eyeing that are now reduced to irresistible prices. These Aquazzura shoes are nearly 80% off and are now priced under $200 from $825. Embroidered Laurence Decade slides are just $125 from $525, Gucci boots with tigers are $825 from $2100, and those demure Saint Laurent velvet sandals are $317 from $800. No. 21 leather mules are about $180 from $760.

    The clothing selection is quite good too. Take a look at this Co off-the-shoulder dress that’s reduced all the way down to $280 from $1400, a Jason Wu shirt dress is $238 from $1200 and a Stella McCartney off-the-shoulder tunic is $161 from $810.

    This sale runs through Monday (and then there will be a ‘extra bonus day’ on Tuesday.) We don’t expect prices to get any lower. We suggest you grab what you need now and wear it right away. After all, there is nothing better than wearing a great sale find while it’s still in-season.

    Berdorf’s Discounts Hit 80% Off

    We highly suggest that you immediately Uber or click over to Bergdorf Goodman where you can now save an extra 20% off of Summer merchandise. Discounts on clothing already topped 75% and the additional promotion brings the final savings to 80%. As a matter of fact, the prices at our violet home-away-from-home are more reduced than, even, Neiman Marcus.

    There is some serious fashion available at incredible prices. Here is a floral print Valentino dress that comes to $1000 from $5000, a Thierry Mugler mini-skirt is $220 from nearly $800, a silk top with a draped back from The Row is $556 from almost $2000 and a MSGM lace top is $265 from $665. We even found a pair of DL1961 jeans for just $35 from $178 and they seem like they might fit great and a Calvin Klein collection sweatshirt is just $64 from $240.

    The discount on shoes and handbags are unchanged at 50% off but the extra 20% makes a big difference. These over-the-knee knife boots from Balenciaga come to $676 from $1700, these Prada heels with jewels are $390 from $990 and a denim bucket bag from The Row is $990 from $2250. We keep thinking we are done with the JW Anderson Pierce bag but then see it discounted to $950 and wonder if we should add it to the collection.     This will be the last markdown of the season at Bergdorfs. The best part is that sale merchandise is returnable. Not all stores– ahem, SAKS– is offering the same low prices and top service.

    Moda Operandi Final Markdown 80% Off

    Prefall merchandise has arrived and now the race is on to move out the older collections. Moda Operandi is the most recent site to slash prices. Right now, you can save up to 80% off on many major fashion items.

    Among the most discounted merchandise are these Ellery pants that are $178 from nearly $900. Truth be told, it looks like the fit can be awkward. These high waisted pants from Rosie Assoulin are also 80% off and come to $300 from almost $1600. There are sandal slides designed in collaboration between Tabitha Simmons and Johanna Ortiz that are $167 from nearly $600. This Delpozo dress is reduced 70% off but is dreamy and not over-the-top expensive at $928 or we can easily be persuaded to buy this peplum top for $420 from $1050.

    This is the last “hard markdown” at Moda. There will be lots of intermittent promotions where you can save an additional 20%. You can also rest assured because the Moda sale usually runs long after the other stores move out their clearance.

    Nordstrom Anniversary Presale

    Nordstrom is known for having great sales. There are two in particular that can send a city girl shopping in the burbs: The “Half-Yearly Sale” and the “Anniversary Sale.” The Half-Yearly sale is clearance, usually towards the end of the season. (Like, now.) The Anniversary Sale is a presale before the new collection hits the department store floor.

    Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale starts today. The sale consists of a catalog of pre-Fall merchandise that is discounted 25% to 40% off. Each department has its own special items that are featured in the pre-Fall sale. You can sift through the catalog right here.

    The presale runs to July 19st but is limited to customers who have a Nordstrom credit card. Afterward, on July 20, the sale opens to the general public. Prices return to normal once the sale ends in August.

    Back-to-school items are especially attractive during this Nordies sale. For example, you know your kids want new Adidas sneakers for the start of school and they are right here for $36 from $60. Nike Cortez kicks are $45 from $60. (There is really no reason not to get them!) Over here is a Herschel Supply backpack for $50, which is normally $75. There is also a large amount of swimwear in case you need to do a mid-season refresh. We even spotted Bugaboo Cameleon that’s discounted to $800.

    We are a bit choosier when picking pre-season items for ourselves but a classic Veronica Beard jacket with a removable sweatshirt lining is $529 from $800. We really like this Alexander Wang leather biker jacket that’s $1295 from $2000 and there is a really a large selection of loungwear and swimwear with great discounts. We even found a S’well for $15.

    The selection this season isn’t quite as good as last year but there is still a lot of temptation. It’s interesting that designers have realized that pre-gaming sale season is better than post-season markdowns. Don’t forget to also check out the beauty deals. We are always a sucker for a new shade of lipstick or an updated nail polish

    MatchesFashion Extra 20% Off

    The pressure is on online luxury retailers and MatchesFashion is the most recent site to add a little promotion to their final markdown. Starting today, you can save an additional 20% off spring and summer merchandise, which has already been reduced up to 70% off.

    We found this millennial yellow crepe top from Roland Mouret that’s $270 from $100. Over here is a shirt dress that can double as a beach coverup that’s reduced to just $80 after the promo, from $338. These wide-legged pants from Amanda Wakeley are gorgeous and come to $150 from $600.

    Among the accessories, is an abundance of Fendi straps that are 60% to 70% off before the additional promotional discount. Here is a velvet Prada crossbody that’s under $1000 from $2400 and an Ashish sequin disco bag is $210 from $600. Shoe standouts include this pair of Miu Miu slides that are about $140 from $600, Rossie Asoulin sculptural heels that are $300 from $1300 and Balenciaga slides that are $210 from $650.

    We noticed that some of the more highly reduced merchandise is from prior seasons. It’s usually not a problem if it’s new to you but chances are that size options are thin.

    SSence Discounts Hit 70% Off

    As we begin to near the end of the sale season cycle, size options will become a little thin and prices tick up and down from site to site. Our latest browsing session brought us SSense. Discounts on the Canadian site seem to near or exceed even the steepest local markdowns.

    In addition to the steep discounts, there is also a really eclectic assortment that we haven’t seen state-side. On Instagram we saw the Heron Preston collab with Off-White but never saw the bag in person. Here is the bag and it’s now $530 from $945. There is also this utility-style belt for just $64 from $165. Another social media celeb item is this Vetements horoscope rain jacket that’s now $105 from $350. Over this way is a Champion hoodie that’s just $45. (Perfect for the “kids”.)

    Beyond streetwear and Instagram royalty, there are also some great FASH-ion items. He is an Erdem floral print dress that’s $236 from $715, the Calvin Klein/ Brooke Shields tee is just $50 from $170 and these Miu Miu sneakers are $240 from $750.

    You should take note that the most reduced items are final sale. At some point, Ssense does an extra 20% off. We just aren’t sure when it can be expected.
