Nordstrom’s private sale is starting to come together and the early designer lineup is worth watching. You can access the selection here, right now. Right now, the standout markdowns are Gucci shoes at 50% off, Bottega shoes at 50% off, lots of Chloe shoes and bags for 30% to 40% off and a smattering of YSL at 40% off.  The assortment still feels early, which usually means more inventory and brands will be added as the sale develops, but there are already a few strong finds if you’re willing to dig through it now.

We’re heading into the holiday weekend, but the real excitement is happening now with NET-A-PORTER’s latest sale. I can’t believe it but sale season is officially here. It’s about to get a little manic, but we are here for each other. I gotcha! Today, Mytheresa started its private sale with discounts up to 50% off. The fashion selection is stronger than almost any other retailer right now, even if some of the markdowns aren’t quite as aggressive across the board. Shopbop’s designer sale started the sale section is currently up to 50% off, and for a limited time there’s an additional 10% off with the code EXTRA10. The sale section is extensive and a lot of what’s there is from older seasons. I did an edit below with a more personal take on the pieces I still think translate well for summer now. There’s lots of Missoni, LaDoubleJ and denim. I really love the idea of sand and ivory jeans this Summer. What do you think?
