Prada, Gucci, YSL Pre-Sale Details
Here's the information you asked for regarding the pre-sales that all begin next week:
Prada: 50% off most Spring/Summer clothing and shoes. There will be some bags on sale too but it's been a hot bag season and there's not much left.

Gucci: Spring/Summer is mostly 40% off including many styles of bags and shoes. They are are trying to keep the pre-sale on the down-low and one sales person I spoke to denied it. Not to worry, the sales manager verified everything we needed to know. If there's something you want call first thing Monday and insist they put it aside for you.

Yves Saint Laurent: Spring/Summer will be mostly 40% off including many styles of bags and shoes. The only bag NOT included in the sale is the Muse2. Tributes, Uptowns, Downtowns (even black and white) and Overseas WILL BE included in the sale. I saw the sale list and it's long. Knock yourself out.

Barney’s Manolo Sale 35% off 5/20
The Manolo Blanik one day sale is almost here. The day is Tuesday May 20th. Manolos will be 35% off. There are some Pradas and Mui Mui's included in the sale, as well.
We have pictures! Here is a photo album of all the shoes included in the one day sale. Lots of eye candy, oh, in this case-- foot candy! As you know, Manolos don't usually go on sale, especially some of the basic styles.

Nordstrom Pre-Sale Today
As previously posted, the Nordstrom semi-annual sale starts May 21st but the pre-sale started today. Designer clothing and accessories are 40% off. Call now or have the garage send up your car-- your Thakoon dress isn't going to wait.

Christian Louboutin Rolandos $245?!
The girls where chattering last night about how Barneys.com had Christian Louboutin Rolandos on sale for $245! (They are normally $700.) By the time I got a chance to check it out there wasn't even a red dot of evidence to what had occurred. I called over to Barneys, on Madison, and the sales lady said she knows nothing about the website but their sale is starting on Tuesday. She doesn't know what the discount on Loubies will be but said that the .com price could be a good indication.
The store opens at 10am on Tuesdays --and ladies there will be a fight if Rolandos are $245. Size 9s get out of my way!

Prada Sale Spring/Summer ’08 5/18
I was in Prada today and the scoop is that their sale starts June 1 but the pre-sale starts two weeks before. So that would mean you can start setting aside clothing, shoes, and accesories as early as 5/18. The rules are the same as most pre-sales. You see the master list, pick what you like, pay for it and then take it home or have it shipped starting June 1....
