Who is your best friend? I'm going to say that mine is Saks-- at least today. Right now, Saks Fifth Avenue started a friends and family sale where you can save 25% off a big assortment of new Spring fashion. There aren't so many high end designers included in the promotion but we combed through it ALL and found some true gems.
