Girls: Reformation Finds at 70% Off

This one’s for the girls. I’m taking a little detour from our usual luxury finds because the Reformation clearance is too good to skip—up to 70% off. Free City sweats and MadHappy hoodies will always be there, but these are the pieces you’ll want for high holiday, internships, and nights when you need something a little more polished. At these prices, Reformation’s  quality is a real win. I should also add that the prices from the Stuart Weizman outlet are very good too. The quality is not the same as what you find at mainline-stores but shoes aren’t meant to last forever. I should also add: the Stuart Weitzman outlet is looking very good right now too. The quality isn’t quite what you’ll find in the mainline stores, but shoes aren’t meant to last forever—and at these prices, it makes sense to fill in wardrobe gaps.

Where to Shop Duty-Free — Before You Can’t

Shopping from Europe is about to get a lot more expensive — even on something as small as a lipstick. Starting August 29, the U.S. is ending its de minimis exemption, which has allowed international orders under $800 to enter duty-free. That means you’ll now be charged import duties on everything you buy, no matter how small. Most European sites already include duties for shipments over $800, but with this change, they’ll now be required to cover all purchases — which means you can expect pricing adjustments across the board. If you’ve been shopping directly from Europe to score better prices, skip U.S. markups, or access hard-to-find items, this is your last chance to do it without the extra fees. Below, I’ve linked some of my favorite European retailers — many offer seasonal codes and exclusive inventory. Come September, even your online cart won’t be immune from the chill.
