Neiman’s First Call Starts May 6th
Mark your calenders. Neiman’s Private Night sale is Tuesday, May 6th. It’s a one day sale (Wednesday) and discounts are said to be 30% off regular prices. The list of designers have not been released but with poor spring sales you can expect most designers will be included.
Nordstrom’s Semi-Annual Sale May 21
I know it’s a bit off Madison but i happen to love Nordstrom’s children’s clothing and european designer section.
Word on the street is that the usual Nordie June sale is being moved to May 21st. This sale, which is usually about 30% off is not as good as their July annual sale but will give you a chance to have first pick.

Anyone out there? Of course not! I have a long history of speaking without anyone listening. I guess this is nothing new.
Well, let’s get down to it. I am a frequent reader of shopping and accessory blogs but am so tired of reading about sample sales. This is NOT a sample sale blog. I really want to know where to get the best bang from my buck but I really value the ability to take an item home, try it on and continue from there. So what I plan is to do my thing — shop– and report back to you what’s going on. Krizia shoes for $50. Check. Prada 60% off. Check. Saks friends and family. Check.
