It’s really getting to the final innings of sale season and retailers have a vested interest in reducing past season inventory. MatchesFashion is working hard on its ‘everything must go’ sale and has taken lots of extra markdowns on some great fashion merchandise. Sizes are spotty on some items but it’s well worth taking the time to sort and even being mindful of what you might be able to use as Fall nears. In a sea of department store shoes all priced near $1000, it’s refreshing to know that if you can spare $200, you won’t be going barefoot. Right now, Stuart Weizman is closing out its Summer merchandise with discounts of 50%. There are lots of shoe options in the $200-range. Sizes are slim in some styles but it never hurts to have an extra pair of shoes, especially when you can get a new purchase thrill for this price.
