We love department store markdowns but there is one place where you can find even better savings. That’s when discount stores have markdowns. The Outnet started its Winter sale today and discounts to 85% off. I know, it’s  crazy right? We found lots of drastically discounted Oscar de la Renta, Zimmermann, and Jimmy Choo. The sale runs through January 9. Some of our favorite finds are below.

You might want to turn off notifications on your credit card. Today, Ssense started its private sale. Only eligible customers can access the sale by logging into their accounts. To qualify, you must have been a customer in the past 6-months. (I think.) Once logged in, you will see a private sale category. The discounts range from about 20% to 40% off. 70% off. A public sale date has not been issued but, truthfully it’s never the same items and the discounts are never as good. Regardless, you can have a little inside peek at what this coming sale season will look like.

Prada is taking the spotlight as the latest designer brand to be added to the markdown aisle. The markdowns are 40% off at most retailers. Prada’s online store doesn’t have any markdowns but you confined some good merchandise at the boutique. Below are all the private sale links to access Prada discounts.

Neiman Marcus (Use the private sale link)
We found the best shoe selection at Neiman Marcus. The discount is 40% off. I suggest grabbing a pair of boots and then coming back for sneakers and sandals if the budget provides.

Saks 5th Avenue (Use this private sale link)

The highlight of this sale is the clothing, It’s selling out fast. We suggest you don’t delay.

Nordstrom (Use the private sale link)
Prada was just added to the Nordstrom private sale link. The extra 25% off promotion does not apply but be sure to take a look at the Bottega, Balenciaga and other brands.

Bergdorf Goodman  (Use this private sale link)
The Bergdrofs selection is pretty small. I think there are only 10 style options. This link also takes you to other private designer brands that are on sale and an additional 20% off.

The highly anticipated Chanel sale kicks off on December 26th, offering exclusive markdowns at all major Chanel boutiques except for the Los Vegas Wynn, Los Vegas Crystal, Beverly Hills, Soho and Madison Avenue. Additionally, department stores such as Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and Bloomingdale’s will also be featuring the sale. Saks Boston is not participating.

The sale is limited to the Winter 2022 collections. The discount is 40.% off but does not include bags or most leather goods. Items included in the markdown are shoes, clothing, jewelry and limited accessories. The sale will run for 5 days or until the inventory is sold.
