Mulberry Friends and Family Discount
I’ve never known someone to lust after a Gucci watch. In the case we’ve never met I thought I would pass along the following information about the Gucci watch group’s friends and family event to be held Friday from 9:00am until 8:00pm at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel in East Rutherford, NJ. Prices are 60% to 90% off retail. Call me if they decied to add gold jewelry to the sale!
Thank you Laura!
Don’t fret if you can’t make it to Saks for Friends and Family. Usually, right afterwards they host a sale with even deeper discounts than F&F. This season’s post-friends and family sale will have the further incentive of an electronic gift card.

$250 to $499= $25 gift card
$500 to $999= $50 gift card
$1000 to $1999= $100 gift card
$2000 to $2999= $300 gift card

Theory bores me but many find it an easy “go-to” brand for work clothing. Getting the goods for a discount is being made easier by the company, which is opening its doors to employees’ friends and family. Merchandise is 50% to 60% off from Tuesday, Oct 14th until Wednesday, Oct 15th (10am until 7pm.)
In order to attend the sale you MUST rsvp to RSVP@theory.com. The sale is located at 139 Fifth Ave (between 20th and 21st streets). As long as you’re wearing Theory you should have no problem blending in.
Just a reminder: Saks Friends and Family is this week from Thursday until Sunday. If you haven’t already put your picks on hold you might want to do so now. Most merchandise will be discounted 20% off and jewelry, fragrances and cosmetics are 15% off.

There was this show that I used to love on the Style Channel called, “The Look For Less.” The show was hosted by style maven Elisabeth Filarski –now The View’s Elisabeth Hasselbeck. And, yes, I’m oozing with sarcasm.
Well, Elisabeth would present fashion victim guests an off-the-runway picture and her team of star stylists would have to reproduce the “look” by running around a local mall within a set time frame and the whole outfit had to be under $100.
Lets put aside our opinions about Filarski/Hasselback and talk about the fashion. The stylists were brilliant. There was Lloyd Boston and James Aguiar, just to name a couple. Somehow these guys would pull off the most amazing reproductions by running to Forever 21 and Macys.
The show is now canceled. We’re still waiting for The View to share the same fate. However, I have come across my own inspired Look For Less. Here we have two pair of crystal studded ballet flats. One is $650 by Giuseppe Zanotti and the other is $29.99 by Sigerson Morrison for Target. Can you guess which is which?
Answer: The top image is from Target. I bet you can guess where I’m going today.
