    Chanel Private Sale Details

    Chanel is one of the hardest brands to track during the markdown season. The company is secretive and riddled with rules that are always changing. We have come to learn that this season, Chanel’s bi-annual sale will open to VIPs today, Thursday, May 20. The sale will open to the public on May 25.

    The Chanel sale is be comprised of past-season merchandise with a discount of 40% off. The sale doesn’t include any bags or leather goods. Shoppers can expect to find discounts on shoes, jewelry, scarves, and various small accessories.

    Unfortunately, I cannot share the contact information of salespeople at various stores. Any time I do, their jobs are threatened. Feel free to search the blog for contacts I’ve used in prior “Chanel Private Sale” posts.

    Intermix started its designer sale today. Lots of merchandise is reduced by 40% off of retail. There is a great assortment that you can buy now and wear now as temperatures rise. This is just the beginning of the Intermix sale season. Anticipate that lots more Summer merchandise will be added to the mix. We will be sure to keep this post updated with all the newest sale markdowns. Below is an assortment of some of our favorite sale items.

    Weekend Shopping: Impulses & Obsessions

     Last year at this time we were deep into sale season and retailers were already deep into their Memorial Day discounts. This year, shoppers will need to wait until the actual week of Memorial Day to take advantage of this season’s discounts.

    If you’re looking for savings now, we suggest you look outside our borders. Ssense kicked off its private sale this week to its highest level of loyal customers. The discounts will continue to be available to more customers as the season progresses.  Those who are eligible can sign in to their account.  Most items are 20% to 40% off. You can click here to see some of the items available in the private sale. The sale will open to the public on Tuesday. 

    The Italian boutique, D’aniello started its seasonal markdown with discounts up to 40% off. These Fendi slides are $551 from $690 US and this Prada nylon studded messenger bag is $1300 from $1900.

    I had a lot of luck shopping at TheDoubleF this season. The Italian online boutique has a sale section of older merchandise with discounts up to 60% off. Current season (SS21) items are 25% off with the code TDFCRAZYDAYS. A Bottega Veneta quilted Cassette bag comes to $2000 from $2990 and this larger style Triangle bag comes to about $2000 from $3200. (The one I have is not included in the code for some reason.)Take note, duties are not included in prices, and items over $800 might get taxed 9%. 

    The French LVMH- owned site, 24S started its private sale. The discounts are up to 40% off and include a very good assortment of designer merchandise including Fendi, Moreau, and Chloe. To access the discounts you will need to sign into your account or create a login.
