Over this way, we found a a full leather biker jacket that comes to just $250 from $598. We've seen synthetic leather jackets that cost twice as much as the original price. Over here is a long cardigan with luxe faux fur sleeves that comes to $84 from $188 and this checked coat is as stylish as can be and comes to $180 from $428.
Beyond stylish basics, French Connection is a great place to pick up something sparkly and festive for the holiday season. The extra 40% off gives you even more reason to celebrate. Check out this high-neck sequined dress that is $120 from $328, this LBD can be accessorized with almost anything and it's $84 from almost $200 or you can go with a draped jumpsuit that is also $84 from $200.
This promotion only runs through Christmas. We suggest you browse through. Sizes will start to run out quickly.
'Tis the season of markdowns and shopping. Net-A-Porter started their second markdown this morning. The online luxury retailer has reduced prices up to 70% off and many popular style bags and fashion are still in stock.
Among the bag selection, we found lots of popular styles discounted 40% to 50% off. This JW Anderson Pierce bag is reduced to $1200 from $2200. This Mark Cross mini box bag is also discounted 50%, and is $1100 from $2200. One of our favorite bags, the Prada ribbon bag, tat is now discounted 40%. This style style never made it to the sale rack at boutiques, which means it will fly off the racks at this price. We also like the Half-Moon from Victoria Beckham is $860 from $1430.
The new markdowns just launched this morning but we already see items low in stock and selling out. We suggest you pile up that cart and edit before you're done.
When shopping for discounted designer merchandise, you're almost always looking at items that are several seasons old. This is not the case at our favorite mid-town pop-up store. 375PopUp (rebranded from last year's Luxury 9) has this season's most coveted and rare fashion items at steeply reduced prices.
The store will only be open through Christmas and you're not going to miss this opportunity. During our last visit, we found an assortment of Gucci slides. Leather styles are $550 and fur embellished versions are $650. The sale also has a selection of classic Chanel ballet flats for $550 and Dior J'Adior flats and kitten heels that are 20% off. There are also plenty of Louboutin and Fendi shoes and boots that are 60% off. (You can click here for pictures.)
The bag selection is as impressive as the shoes. Barney's only got eight Balenciaga Graffiti City bags this season. We've been told that the waiting list accumulated to more than 250 people. 375Pop-up has several of these impossible-to-get bags and is discounting them 20% off retail. The store has current season Dior bags, including the Lady Dior, Dioramas, Diorever and J'Adior are all 20% off retail. Ferragamo bags are 65% to 70% off and Louboutin bags are 70% off retail.
375PopUp also has an insane selection of luxury street wear from brands like Off-White, Palm Angles, Fear of God, Amiri, Marcelo Burlon and Unravel. There are some racks specifically for women but the best selection is unisex. To be honest, if you need a holiday gift for a teenage boy-- this is the place to grab some swag that will send his brain spinning. (We have pictures over here.)
While shopping, we happened upon a small assortment of coats from Mr & Mrs. Italy that are reduced 50% off retail. There are also some specialty limited edition items like Moncler x Off-White. Straight Moncler down jackets and coats are at least 45% off retail.
We are told that 375Pop-up will be closing after Christmas. Don't hesitate too long.
After you're done shopping, be sure to snag a Diptyque candle on the way out -- they are 35% off. You'll want to remember the sweet smell of a great discount.

Bergdrof Goodman started their second markdown today. The discounts range up to 60% off. Many handbag styles and shoes are now discounted 50% and most designer clothing is 60% off.
We will be sure to follow up this post with pictures from within the store. For now, we'll continue sorting and browsing to find the best online markdowns.
For as long as we can remember, we have celebrated the New Year with Manolo Blahnik's first markdown. This week, the luxury footwear brand broke with tradition and started its seasonal boutique markdown, on Monday.
Currently, shoes and boots from the winter collection are discounted to 40% off. This markdown should not cause too much excitement considering that department stores are discounted 50% to 60% off.
Usually, the next price drop happens just a few weeks later. This year, we can't really say what will happen. We will be sure to keep you posted and updated as the boutique's markdowns climb to 75%. That's when we go running. You can click here to see our Manolo closeout coverage from last year were we found lots of ornate and iconic styles for just $250.
For now, you can head to Bergdorf Goodman where a large selection of shoes are discounted 50%. The assortment at Barneys is smaller but the discount is 60%. Alternatively, you can click above to see what we found around the web.

Barneys has been boasting the best markdowns in town on clothing, shoes and handbags. To maintain its competitive edge the store started it's second markdown today.
At this point in sale season, we tend to prefer shopping online for serious shopping. It's just too frustrating to go to a store and find that your size is sold out. We found this Alaia tote that comes to $1400 from over $3300. That's pretty close to 60% off! A Fendi pom-pom style bag is about $1000 from $2150, an Anya Hindmarch bag is $550 from $1345.
The online shoe selection is even better. We are in love with these Alchimia di Ballin high boots that now comes to under $550 from $1300. The heel hight makes them NYC wearable and the architectural detail makes them visually interesting. Ditto goes for these Margiela fold-over boots that are $700 from about $1700. Mules from The Row are about $500 from $1200, which is similar to sample sale pricing! Oh, and these Dries Van Norten velvet boots are my absolute favorites. (Ohhh, yes, I did!)
We don't know how long this promotion will last but the official second markdown should happen next week. We expend that the next markdown will be 50% off shoe sand 60% off clothing. The difference is marginal.
Check your inboxes to find out. Christian Louboutin sent their best friends invitations to its exclusive sample sale. That's right, the sale that everyone loves to hate starts on Tuesday. Remember, the security is tight and there's a clear mean-girls hierarchy to who gets invited to shop first.
The most important Louboutin insiders-- glossy magazine editors and celebrities-- are known to be invited to begin shopping by appointment on the first few days. The sale extends all week as the invited guest list expands to allow general press and "friends and family."
Last season, prices started at just $200 but most styles were priced in the $300-range. The most expensive style shoes were $1000. A majority of the heels and studded variety pumps were priced between $300 and $400. For example, studded kitten heels was $300 and $2300 studded knee high boots were just $600.
If you have an invite (or if you're considering door-busting this sale), we suggest that you start your day early. Last year, shoppers reported more than 50 people in line by 7:00am. Be prepared to stand on line, outside, for at least two hours. You will be asked to provide ID when checking in. There is a five pair limit for each shopper.
Those who weren't invited to the sale can now save 40% at Christian Louboutin boutiques, Saks NYC and Barneys. It appears as if all authorized online retailers have removed Louboutin sale styles. Fear not, we found some other-- less obvious-- options to shop for red bottoms online. Use the above scroll to see what we found.
